What Is LeadLab?
LeadLab is a distinctive six-month leadership experience for administrative leaders across the world. Through interactive sessions, thought-provoking presentations, and hands-on resources, LeadLab creates a rich learning environment where Adventist administrators grow personally and professionally. LeadLab is a leadership laboratory: it equips individuals, teams, and organizations to advance the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church through multiplying leaders and cultivating Christlike character.

The LeadLab is a leadership development experience for the various Divisions and attached fields of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The LeadLab is a hybrid, 6-month, synchronous program designed to help Adventist leaders grow more fully into God’s likeness.

The LeadLab Growth Series—the core program within LeadLab+—typically runs for five to seven months, combining two four-day face-to-face intensives with weekly online learning and reflection. Other LeadLab+ offerings, such as Workshops, Support, and Resources, can be customized in length and format to meet the specific needs of your field or organization.

Plan to invest about 3–5 hours each week—time that participants consistently describe as some of the most rewarding hours of their growth journey.
