First LeadLab Local: A prototype at Washington Spanish SDA Church

LeadLab took on a new look with a new way to scale LeadLab—on the local level. The Washington Spanish Church invited the Global Leadership Institute at Andrews University to explore what a LeadLab program might look like when it is implemented at a local church. It started the weekend of Feb 7 - 8, 2025.
